I am a Lawyer - I am a Peacemaker

Clients come to me for many reasons: business advice, tax advice, personal advice. Being a lawyer is much like being a bar-tender or hair-dresser because you really get to see "behind the curtain" of people's lives where all the skeletons come out to play.

My Primary Purpose is:
To Bring Peace to my Clients
Whether I am helping to build a strategy about incorporating a business, or advising on how best to write a Will and choose a Guardian for minor children, my primary purpose is to bring peace to my clients.

BUSINESS CLIENTS:
Most of my L.A. based clients are creative people involved in entertainment.  Their strength is not in analyzing legal documents - their strength is their creativity.

Let them focus on their dream
SO when it comes time for them to begin thinking about incorporating, forming an LLC or getting investors, my role is to take care of the legalities so they can focus on their dream.

ESTATE PLANNING CLIENTS:
Wills and Trusts are highly emotional subjects.  We talk about when you pass away and how your children and families will be cared for.

So with a box of kleenex on hand,
I empower my clients with
the peace-of-mind that
their affairs are already in order
So with a box of kleenex and a straight-forward plan, I can let my clients get back to their families with the peace of mind that if the day does come when they won't be there - they know the who, what, when and why of caring for their children and their assets are already in order.

Starting a business can be stressful. Determining how to leave your assets for your children can be emotional. The way in which I present legal information, in a basic, easy-to-understand way can alleviate a lot of that stress and bring great measures of peace.

I am a lawyer, I am a peacemaker.
